What a powerful image. Imagine being in the crowd gathered around Jesus as he was mocked and hurt. His blood falling to the base of the cross. The screams of joy and the horrible screams of agony. The first drop of blood that hit the ground made the walls come crashing down. Can you grasp that? The BLOOD made the walls of sin and separation come CRASHING down! So instead of mourning we can REMEMBER His great sacrifice and PRAISE HIM!!! Praise Him for all He has done and all He will do.

This Easter, and every other Easter, we celebrate that HE IS RISEN!!! Enjoy the fun things about Easter but keep fresh in your mind that this day exists because of OUR sin and the life God chose to take on the cross so we can live in Heaven eternally with Him and ALL His GLORY, HONOR, and POWER! This story is too good not to be true. Become captivated by what HE did for you and I. Our joy and thanksgiving should be boundless and plentiful. Remember our sins and that horribly amazing day that were washed away. Our hands are clean because of HIS majesty (refer to the song "Majesty" by Delirious). Heaven is waiting and what a beautiful thing we will get to take part in because He is risen and we BELIEVE.

Can you believe it? Can you feel it? Can you imagine it? What a GLORIOUS day we are living today. Thank you, God, for such a majestic miracle you performed!
